팜오일이 마음에 걸리네요. 6개 사서 꾸준히 먹고 있는데
타사 아몬드 버터를 꾸준히 먹었을때와 컨디션이 다른걸로 봐서는 아몬드를 사용해서 아몬드기름을 따로 제거하고 LDL, 포화지방 함량이 높은 팜오일을 사용한게 아닐까 추론해봅니다.
5개째 먹었는데 먹을때마다 머리도 아프고 그러네요. 경화유가 아니길 바랍니다
I bought 6, and have consumed 5 of them.
My condition feels so different from when I use other company's almond butter.
I conjecture, it's because of palm oil. Palm oil is high in LDL and saturated fat. But why did they have to put in palm oil? Almond has its own oil. I conjecture again, maybe they took out almond oil because of that, they had to put in palm oil.
It's reasonable conjecture, right?
I hope it's not hydrogenated.
