초콜렛 향의 아주 작은 알약인데 효과는 잘 모르겠네요. 저는 오히려 관자놀이에 발라주는 릴렉싱 오일 효과가 더 좋았어요.

잠이 잘 올때도 있고 안 올때도 있어요 잠이 안 올때에는 잡 생각이 안 들고 정신이 편안해지는 느낌이 들어요
