강황이 노화방지 및 치매에 좋다고 해서 부모님께서 드시고 싶다고 하셔서 사드렸어요. 맛은 못먹을정도는 아니지만 그냥 단독으로 먹긴 무리가 있어요. 음식에 살짝 뿌려먹거나 양념과 함께 첨가하는게 좋을것 같아요.
