딱히 뚜렷한 효과는 잘모르겠지만 그래도 먹는게 훨씬 좋을것 같아서 먹어요. 좀 크긴하지만 저는 먹는데 어려움은 없어요 재구매할것같아요^^

수유중에 요게 안전하다고 해서 구입했습니다. 기존에 한국 영양제만 먹어서 알이 첨엔 크더라구요. 넘기다 가로로 걸릴땐 켁켁 거리기도 하고... 이젠 익숙해 져서 괜찮아요. 아직까진 효과는 잘 모르겠지만 아기에게 좋겠지 하고 열심히 챙겨먹고 있습니다.
