this is a great product...the best way to use it is to take or one pill 3 times daily with food or 2 pills 2 times daily with food, because first time using it you have to take almost 3-4 gr of CLA daily and the result will be seen at least three months of use. and if you make exercise this is a great produc with great result. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL for the price and for the results.
