I have been taking this for about 2 weeks for hot flashes & night sweats. The hot flashes are still somewhat of a problem but are not as intense. The night sweats have been reduced dramtically!! I will continue to take this product..Thank you!

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks (a friend recommended them) and my hot flashes have almost disappaered! You are supposed to take two tablets twice a day and I haven't even been very good at that. So I'd say, so far they are working wonderfully!
