I completed a six month Candida cleanse recently, and this is still one product I use occasionally. I can sense that it really helps.

I had constipation and bloating. Constipation relieved 100percent and bloating 80 percent. Incredibly good.

This works really well when you have issues with gas,bloating, and stomach aches. for me, it works fast, within 10-15 minutes. Seems to help regulate the overall digestive process and might be helpful for others like me who have IBS and can have a variety of digestive issues going on at once.
