Used the PM formula along with regular daytime formula. Did not notice any weight loss or fat loss or real energy boost. I do think that I may have slept a little better, but nothing to cheer about. They do suggest you stay on the product for 60 days before seeing results, so if you are willing to shell out the money for two bottles, maybe you woul see real benefits.

I use this for stress and to help aid in my weight loss since I carry a lot of fat around my middle. Using this in conjunction with diet and exercise, I feel that it has helped my weight loss and stress levels.
