아연이 여드름에 좋다해서 주문했는데 아연을 먹으면 1~2시간 정도 속이 매스껍네요 3일 먹어봤는데 3일 모두 그랬어요 인터넷에서 검색해 봤더니 아연을 일일 권장량 보다 많이 섭취했을 때 부작용으로 매스껍다고 하는데 전 한알만 먹어도 그렇네요. 음식에서 딱히 아연 섭취는 안하고 있는데... 거의 새거인데 먹어야 하나 말아야 하나 고민이네요
