I was using another brand and stopped taking it.I then started getting tired and did not know why. I was showing a little anemia in my blood test. A friend told me to take the B-12. I started taking this brand and love it. My energy level is back up. And the taste is pretty good also. Great price. Thank's iherb for fast shipping.

Tastes pretty good as far as B-12 supplements go. The body absorbs the liquid better than pills.
