얼굴에 짜면 쭈~욱 나오는 너무 많은 피지와 항상 번들거리는 기름때문에 구입해서 복용중.. 5알씩 하루 4번에 나눠먹은지 2주째..번들거리는것이 많이 줄었습니다.. 별 다른 부작용도 없고.. 더 복용하면서 지켜봐야 겠지만....

음식섭취후에 먹는게 가장 효과적이라고 해서 먹고 있음. 약품이 아니므로 당장 효과가 나타는 것은 아니지만 좁쌀 여드름이 없어지는 느낌이다.

여드름때문에 먹는건데 심한게 아니라면 오버도스용법 말고 그냥 밥먹고 바로 1-2알씩 적당히 먹는게 좋을듯~

판토텐산 좋다길래 샀어요 기존 비타민B컴플렉스 먹다가 가격대비 좋은거같아서 이걸시켰어요 진작에 이걸로 주문할껄했나봐요

가격대비 물건 좋은편이구요. 가끔캡슐이 열린것도 있어요. 아드레널직 작용으로 칼라꿈이 아주 선명해 진다는 약간의 부작용 이외에는 좋아요.
