장인어른과 함께 먹으려고 주문했습니다 글루코사민은 콘트로이딘이랑 같이 복용해야 효과가 좋다고 하는데 이제품은 두가지가 같이 함유되어 있어여 아주 좋네요 캡슐이라 흡수도 좋구요 피곤할때 무릅이 자주 붓는 편인데 확실히 덜 피곤하고 좋아서 장복해도 좋을듯합니다

엄마께 선물해드렸는데 계속 쑤시던 무릎이 먹은지 3일이 됐는데 진짜 아프지 않으시다고 신기하다고 하시네요.. 계속 주문해야겠어요..
