The texture of the powder is a little bit wet. And there is no scoop provided so I had to use my own 70 cc scoop. I use this product to make my own drink by adding two scoops of whey protein, three scoops of Carbo Gain and one teaspoon of Creatine Monohydrate. This drink provides me about 48 grams of protein, 120 grams of complex carbs and 5 grams of creatine.

Perfect for homemade recovery drinks

I've been experimenting with a recipe for a workout recovery drink for an intense exercise regime. This makes a perfect component, and helps me to feel energized after and not wiped out.
