하루에 3알씩 먹는데 확실히 덜 피곤해요.. 가루로 된거 효과는 더 좋다고 하는데 먹을때마다 불편할거 같고 왠지 치아가 다 상할거 같아서 그냥 이걸로 했어요.. 그리고 로즈힙이랑 같이 먹으면 흡수율이 좋다고 하느거 같더라구요~ 근데 알약이 아주 많이 커요. 평소에 약 잘먹는데 이건 잘 먹어야 겠더라구. 약 잘 못먹는 신랑은 목에서 내려갈때 덜컹덜컹 거린데요..ㅋㅋ

같은 회사 크리스탈 형태로 샀다가 너무 셔서 손이 안가 결국 못먹고 버리게 되어 구매한 제품이에요~ 역시 알약형태가 가격이나 부산물이 들어가더라도 먹기엔 좋네요^^
