쿠키구울때 쵸코렛과 섞어도 좋고 단거 싫으신 분은 이것만도 굿 raw food하시는분들이 많이 쓰시지만 일반식에도 활용도 많아요 베이킹 샐러드토핑 요풀레 음료등... 음식은 창작이니까요 건강해지는 식재료입니다

하지만 다크초콜릿을 녹인 다음 굳기전에 카카오닙을 뿌리고 굳혀 먹으니 아주 맛있는 크런치초콜릿이 만들어지네요.

첨에 청국장 냄새처럼 꼬꼬리한 냄새가 나서 좀 실망했는데 전자렌지 데우거나 열처리로 살짝 볶으면 깊은 카카오맛을 느낄수있을거같음. 자꾸먹으니까 적응되네요.
