I'm very surprised! Honestly I didn't expect any effect for this low price...but it gives me much energy...in contrast labrada's extreme charge (for 20$!)Good product)

To me this seemed to give me a burst of energy for a few hours after taking it. Probably due to the caffeine. Useful I think as a caffeine pill replacement when you don't have time for a coffee. as for dieting, perhaps it will help, but of course it's how much you are eating that will really matter.

I've used different "diet" pills over the years and I like these quite a bit. They don't leave me feeling too wired but I definitely have a jolt of energy and don't have the "snackies" all day.
