솔직히 아주 좋은 오메가3는 아닌거같지만 큰 알약 못삼키는 사람들에겐 가성비가 좋기 때문에 추천할만합니다.

하루 한스푼 밥수저로 떠먹고 있습니다. 맛은 .... 기대하지 마세여.. 그냥 참고 마십니다..;;; 그래도 이게 어디야.. 알약이 아니라는 점에서 박수를...!!! 이거 하나면 석달분입니다~

알약을 못 넘기셔서...(목안을 다치셔서ㅠㅠ) 일반 알약도 다 잘게 부셔서 드시거든요..... 아무리 좋은 약이라지만,,,,드실때마다 힘들게 보여서 이걸로 했어요.

평이 좋은것 같아서 엄마 드시라고 샀어요. 아무래도 캡슐로 섭취하는 것보다 오일을 직접 먹는게 효과가 좋은 것 같아서요. 잘 드셨으면 좋겠네요
