건강에는 좋을듯하나 다이어트 목적이라면 더 장기간으로,그리고 정제말고 버터형태로 충분한 양을 크래커나 빵에 발라 먹는게 더 좋을듯..둘다 먹어본결과.. 정제로 복용하기엔 양이 적은듯..
