맛나게 먹고 있습니다. 깨소금보다 덜 고소하지만, 약간 물에 점막이 생기는 것이 신기합니다.

미리 다 불려둔 상태에서 먹어서 그런지 생각만큼 포만감이 엄청 드는건 아니지만 향이나 맛도 없고 요거트에 뮤즐리랑 같이 먹으면 좋습니다

예전에 새싹식물 키웠을때 씨앗을 물에 담그면 젤리같은 보호막이 생기는 새싹씨앗이 있었거든요..그때 신기했는데 치아시드도 비슷해요..좀 더 뿔으면 은근 타피오카 느낌도 나네요..젤리같은 보호막이 생기고 포만감 최고네요.. 한 숟가락씩 걍 씹어서 삼키는데..맛과 향은 없는거 같구요..이빨에 엄청 낍니다. 생과일 쥬스에 타먹기도 하구요..섭취하고 나면 배속에서 엄청 부풀다가 나오는거 같습니다. 배가 계속 가스찬듯이 빵빵해져서..먹지를 못하고 있어요..(예전에 차전자피 식이섬유골드화이바 먹었을때랑 비슷해요..) 숙변제거에는 좋을거 같네요.
