Found it very effective. Was happy with the purchase. Dosage volume is high, compared to the size of the bottle, so numerous bottles should be purchased at one time for extended use.

Very strong taste hard to take.. best to put it in juice or something.. Don't know how effective it is as I haven't taken it regulary.
