배송빠르고 제품 확실하고... 변비에 도움이되는거 같아요... 체중은 글쎄요...아직 복용한지 얼마 지나질 않아서^^; 무튼 좋은제품입니다.

자기 한테 맞는양을 찾는게 젤 좋데요~ 그리고 몸에 부담이 없는대신 효과도 느리다는데 꾸준히 먹을꺼에요^^ 아침점심저녁 한알씩 먹는데 배가 고플땐 두알 먹어요 확실히 포만감이 빠르고, 좋네요^^

잘 복용하고 있습니다. 식욕이 억제되는데 도움이 되는 것 같습니다. 별하나를 뺀 이유는 알약이 커서 복용하기가 조금 힘든듯해서 뺐습니다. 수고하세요!
