전에 먹던 함량이 같은 오메가보다 더 굵네요. 고기나 기름진 음식 많이 먹을 땐 두 알씩 먹어요. 오메가3 꾸준히 먹을때는 생리통도 좀 줄어드는 듯 했어요. 식사 전에 먹고 바로 밥 먹는게 여러모로 좋은 것 같네요.

현대인들의 식습관...곡물사료를 섭취하는 동물들이 있는한 오메가3와 오메가6의 불균형은 앞으로도 계속 될거라고 생각되서 구입하게 되었어요. 며칠을 검색하고, 비교하고 그러던 끝에 이제품으로 선택을 했는데,EPA, DHA함량도 충분하고, 제품도 믿을수 있고 선택에 만족합니다. 매일아침 멀티비타민과 함께 복용하는데 편하고 좋습니다.
