I'm not sure whether it is working or not when it comes to enhancing cognitive function.. I didn't feel that. But if you don't take any vitamin for now, this could be a great vitamin complex. I think it is quite a good nutritional supplement. It doesn't contain all the essential vitamins though. You'd better take this as a general supplement not as a special memory fomula. 그냥 비타민제로 생각하시면 될듯. 특별히 기억력을 높인다거나 하는 느낌은 안드네요. 기억력 높아졌다는 느낌은 전혀 안드는데, 입병 나아진걸 보면요 ㅋㅋ 다른 종합비타민을 따로 먹는게 아니라면, 비타민제 딱하나만 가성비 대비 효율 좋은 걸로 싸게 사먹겠다 싶은 분은 이제품 하나정도 먹으면 될것 같아요. 저는 그러고 있음 ㅋㅋ 비타민중에서도 가장 중요한 성분은 거의 다 들어있으니까요. 중요성 좀 떨어지는 부수적인 비타민까지는 섭취는 못하지만요.

효과가 팟 하고 바로 나타나는 게 아니라 어느 정도 먹어 봐야 알 제품인 것 같아서 아직은 모르겠습니다.
