The best quality omega-3 supplement I have ever used

Imho this is the best quality omega-3 supplement I have ever used. I highly recommend using this and other Metagenics products. I consider this products to be one of the safest and purest fish oil based supplement so even if you use relatively high doses it can be considered safe. Tastes great as well!
