같은회사의 코코넛오일 먹었는데 없길래 선택했어요...그것과 별반 다르지 않아요...코코넛오일은 계속 먹으려구요^^

피부와 건강, 다이어트에 좋다고 하여 구매하였습니다. 신진대사에도 좋다고 하는데 확실히 한 알 먹고 나면 몸이 더워집니다. 약간 얼굴에 살빠졌네...하시는 분도 계시고... 아무튼 피부와 건강, 다이어트를 위하여 계속 구매하고자 합니다. 가격도 저렴합니다.

전에는 요리용으로 쓰려구 통에 담긴 코코넛오일을 샀는데, 매일 챙겨먹기엔 소프트겔형이 편하네요~
