저는 오메가3 영양제 따로 복용하지 않고 치아시드 먹어요 다른 다양한 영양소도 많이 포함되 있고 좋아요^^ 뚜껑도 깔끔하게 되 있어서 사용도 편리해요 ㅎㅎ

몸에 좋은지는 얼마 안 먹어봐서 잘 모르겠네요.. 그냥 먹긴 좀 그래서 야쿠르트에 넣어서 먹었는데요 먹기가 좀 그랬네요.. 먹기 그래서 인지 잘 안 먹게되기도 하고요.. 걍..깨처럼 사용할까 싶은 생각이예요

변비에 좋다고해서 사봤는데. 그냥은 먹기가 힘드네요. 믹서에 과일과함께 갈아서 먹어요.
