약이 작아서 먹기 참 편하네요^ 하루 한 알만 먹어도 되니 그것도 편하네요^ 칼슘흡수에 도움이 되고 겨울철 우울증개선에도 도움이 된다는데..

비타민D도 같이 복용해야할 것 같아서 주문했는데 크기도 작아서 넘기는데 불편하지도 않고 괜찮아요 냄새는 조금 이상한데 먹기에 힘들정도는 아니에요 다먹으면 또 주문해야겠어요
