피부에 좋다는 영양제들 같이 먹고 있는데 첫날 아침에 일어났더니 얼굴이 빵빵해졌어요. 2~3일 후에는 정상적으로 돌아왔는데 탱탱해지는 느낌은 있지만 꾸준히 먹어야 할 것 같아요

좀 비싸긴하지만 가격값을 하길 바라며 구입했어요~

코큐텐 좀 싼것도 있긴한데 고양이들 먹일거라 좀 비싸더래도 이걸로 구입했어요 캡슐이 두꺼워서 바늘로 찔러도 안에 오일이 잘 나오지 않아요;; 그래서 그냥 통째로 먹이는데 크기가 작아서 먹이기 쉽네요

운동중인데 항산화제 섭취를 해야한다고해서 꾸준히 먹고있습니다만, 비교적 작은용량이라그런지 (거기다 하루 한알먹고있습니다) 뭔가 갑자기 힘이난다거나 하는 작용은 역시나 없네요..^^;; 그래도 어깨근육이 많이 뻐근하던건 많이 나아졌습니다
