I've been diagnosed as having arthritis in my hands and knee. I type a lot for my job and for school, so this was a serious threat to me. A friend who is an aromatherapist made a salve that had turmeric and ginger as the major ingredients. It really helped, so when I found these pills, I decided to try them. They really do help a lot. I almost never need to use the salve my friend made (or the salve the doctor prescribed on an as-needed basis) now that I'm taking 2 of these a day.
