아이허브 다 좋은데 알 크기가 큰게 많아서 힘든데 요건 비비탄(보다 좀큰가) 정도의 크기라 좋네요...

저는 이거는 별 효과 못봤습니다. 하나가 반응없어서 두개 세개 먹어도 별 다른 반응이 없었어요... 약 크기가 매우 작아서 먹기 편한점은 좋네요.
