got it within 1 week, really liked the taste mixed it with milk came out delicious just like a milkshake however with water less mixablility. STILL, really good blend, super effective profile really helps building that lean muscle. I dont feel like I shrink during the night anymore. You can take it as a usual day supplement not only before bed. Will buy it again :)
