Very nice tea. Great especially added to spring dragon tea. I highly recommend taking the astragalus etee this way.

instead of morning coffee

I'm using this instead of morning coffee. There is no pick me up caffine but it is good tasting and staisfies the morning need for a hot cup of something. it is not like tea. I put milk in mine and if it wasn't for missing my caffine it would be any easy switch. This is a super food and the benefits are many. This is any easy way to be more healthy.

I have tried every form of superfood and eetee is the best by far. dilutes easily in spring water, tastes great, and is RAW! Please iherb start stocking the ho shu wu version asap!
