목넘김 쉬운 베지캡으로 사길 잘한듯..타블렛은 먹기가 힘들었었음.손톱이 약한 남편을 위해 구입한 제품.

먹은지 2주 좀 넘었는데 효과는 잘 모르겠네요 하루 4알씩 먹으라구 하는데 커서 가끔 목에 걸려서 생사를 오락가락하는 느낌입니다.. ㅋㅋ

3병정도 먹었는데 아주 눈에띄는 효과는 없지만, 머리가 덜 빠지는게 느껴졌어요. 손톱도 매끈하게 나오구요. 단단해져요 먹고나면 소변이 노래요 ㅋㅋ
