잘은 몰라도 1.2~3센치정도가 아닐까 싶네요. 먹기는 편합니다. 한 병 다 비우고 머리가 아주 약간 덜 빠지는 느낌이 들긴 합니다. 원래 두피가 뭐가 나고 가려워서 먹기시작한건데 그쪽으로는 별 효과가 없어요. 단발인데도 머리 감고나면 구멍이 막혔는데, 좀 덜 막힙니다. 용량 많은걸로 한 병 더 먹어봐야 하나 고민중이예요.

2일에 한번씩 복용합니다. 결이 드라마틱하게 좋아지지는 않는데 자라는 속도는 장난 아님.

반평생 머리에 윤기나본일이 없는데 드디어 내 머리에 떡이란게 지는군요 사자갈기같던 머릿결이 차분해졌어요. 다른사람들도 머릿결 좋아졌다고 말해주고~ 안좋은 점이라면 덕분에 머리를 자주감아야하는거 참 손톱도 윤기가 흐르기 시작했습니다. 옛날엔 각지고 쩍쩍 갈라졌음..
