ester-c 유명한 비타민 C 입니다. 450정. 대용량이죠.. ^^ 비타민 C 는 하루에 1g 정도 복용하시는 것이 좋은 것 같습니다. 먹을 때와 먹지 않을 때.. 피로도의 차이가 큽니다.

가족들이 다 같이 먹기에 좋은 양이다. 타블렛이 하얀색이 아니라 여러가지가 섞인듯한 색이다. 신맛은 거의 없다

수술후 몸이 약해지신 엄마한테 보내드렸어요 이거 드시고는 그래도 많이 견딜만해지시는 것 같더라구요 알약크기도 작아서 먹기 좋구요 에스터c 중에선 분말 제외하고 이 제품이 가장 저렴해요

속도 안쓰리고 좋다고 하시네요 저는 안먹어봐서 잘 모르겠지만 양도 많고 가격대비 괜찮은 비타민인거같아요 ㅎ
