It did not help me recover faster when I was having colds. It also gave me stomach problems. I was taking the recommended dose of 3 caps per day. It also seems to affect my hormones as I feel rather flat. I did not experience any of the purported health benefits from this product. The sames goes when I was taking other strain of Cordyceps like the CS-4 that is offered by other brands.

Very good quality. Provides good energy. I feel the effects about 4 hours after taking it. I wish iHerb would also sell the Agaricus Blazei from this brand. It is also excellent.
