really like this mottled gray pill, though it's large, it smells like the ocean. not salty, though. i'm hoping that the boron, strontium, iodine etc. absorbed will discourage my body from absorbing the radioactive particles currently in our air

After reading The Calcium Lie, I stopped taking mega milligrams of calcium and switched to trace minerals. I feel much better. The calcium was making me feel very tired and I didn't realize it until I stopped taking it.
