비타민B군제품은 세상에 널렸지만 전문회사제품이 먼저 다릅니다. 요즘 추세는 메틸화시켜 복용후 간대사과정에서 효소를 낭비하는 일이 없도록 하는 그리고 흡수율을 높이는데 관점이 있지요. 다른 회사제품들에 비해 좀 비싸지만 돈값 합니다.

비타민제 찾다가 보니 확실이 이 사이트가 저렴하네요. 비슷한 용량의 국내 제품은 3-4배 정도 비싸요. 괜찮은 것 같아요..

지루성피부염에 좋다고해서 구매했는데 꾸준히 먹어봐야 할것 같아요. 아직은 잘 모르겠네요^^;;
