this is a great version of b3 it's more potent than the nad version more relexation on the muscles and nervous system. i noticed nadh is not for everyone my dad it bothered him made him drowsy and tired instead of what it's supposed to do, elderly cannot process too much energy that this brings however nad which is a lighter version is better for him so keep that in mind nad is great for everyone cheaper price nadh is better but may not be good for the elderly and little more expensive. b6 p5p is also great for everyone as well especially for swelling, pqq is great for energy that you never had before with the natural mitochondria boost and is good for everyone someday to be recognized as a vitamin.

I had to review this product; along with the others, but I havent been using this product long enough to tell if it is going to help my energy levels.

nadh like regular CoQ10 give me no extra energie boost or what so ever!! i will not buy this product again!! brewer yeast (for B Vitamin) work far much better & cost less!!!
