아주 살짝 느끼하고 뒤에 미세하지만 짠맛이 느껴져요 맛은 있어요 그래서 한개 까진 먹을 수 있겠는데 연달아 그 이상은 못먹겠네요 크기는 크구요 포만감도 하나만 먹어도 충분하네요 나쁘지 않아요 프로틴쉐이크는 너무 니글거리고 비위상해서 프로틴 바로 샀는데 훨씬 먹기가 편하고 배고픔도 덜하네요 여성분들은 포만감을 위해서 이거 하나만 드셔도 충분할거 같아요 다음에는 다른 맛으로도 도전해 볼 생각입니다

처음엔 너무 쫀존한 식감에 거부감이 들었는데, 몇번먹다보면 조금씩 꼭꼭 씹어먹으며 단백질 섭취량에 뿌듯해할 수 있는 때가 오는 듯. 칼로리 대비 단백질 함량이 높아 만족
