한알로 시작해서 점차 늘려가시는게 좋을것 같내요. 처음에 두알 먹었다가 죽는줄 알았습니다.

운동하는 사람뿐만 아니라 아침에 멍하고 졸린사람에게도 좋습니다

잠도 충분히 자고 영양보충도 잘하지만 타고난 저녁형 인간이라 아침에 늘 신진대사가 느려서 기운없는 사람이었는데, 이 제품을 식사와 함께 먹어주니 각성효과가 아침에도 쌩쌩하게 해주네요. 단 200mg 한 알을 먹으면 하루종일 심장이 벌렁벌렁 뛰고 머리가 아파서 오히려 아무것도 못합니다. 처음엔 1/4로 쪼개서 먹는것이 좋습니다.
