Good- Granola Bar more than protein bar

This is a delicious granola bar, but it is large and has 20g of sugar. It is good for hiking since it is more slowly digested but not good for a snack between meals as it has too much sugar. Not great for pre-run food either as it's heavy. But low fat compared to the other protein bars since it only has chocolate on the bottom. The toffee flavor is pretty good, kind of like butterscotch caramel.

tastes like a granola bar, my husband loves them. nice b/c these are not hard and super chewy like normal power bars
