I love Reishi, I intend on taking it indefinitely. I feel more energized and alive than I have felt in years. It has improved my circulation. It has increased saliva production and has returned a nice bright pink color to my tongue, which was previously pale and scalloped in appearance. Reishi has also improved my mood, I just feel happier and fresher. I stress, your individual results may vary, but my experience thus far has been wonderful.

I originally started using this product for the purpose of helping adjust to high altitudes (I am a mountain climber) as this was recommended to me for that benefit and it has helped. Without realizing it immediately, other nice benefits have been a reduction in my stress level and lower blood pressure. I have been using this product for 3 years.

I take it on an empty stomach each morning. It fully cleans me and (hope it's not sharing too much information) it's amazing to see the amount of toxins that are expelled. Has a few rashes during the 3 week detox (was taking 6 tablets per day) but overall it was a smooth ride. Great value and yes, it does work.

The Reishi was recommended for my mother for chemotherapy. I ordered some for myself for general health purposes as well. My husband noticed a difference in my general health, including increased energy levels. He also started taking Reishi. We all are now taking the Reishi and will continue since it is helping us overall.

I could feel the difference in only a few days. The Reishi herbs cleanse the system very effectively and I seem to have more energy. In the past, my digestive system was such that I had to take a "cleanse" (and that included teas or actual harsh cleansers) at least once a week but the Reishi keeps everything regulated without the weekly housecleaning I had to use before. My son describes it best -- "it is as if the Reishi becomes the organizing brain of the digestive track by taking charge of all house keeping tasks." I don't think anyone can go wrong with this product. If you start with one in the morning and one in the evening as directed on the bottle and it seems to be too much for your system, you can always reduce it to one in the evening.
