Organic triphala in vegetarian capsules - nothing more nothing less. Of all the triphala sold on iHerb, this is the only one which is unprocessed, unadulterated, without any additives or fillers. Only drawback is the price.

In Ayurveda it is used for urinary bladder, and urinary tract infections, anemia, nerves, hyper-activity. Triphala helps remove mucus and toxins from the intestines, normalizes appetite, improves digestion and restores tissues, energizes the body. Helps with skin problems. Unlike many of the intestine cleansing measures triphala doesn't exert pressure on body. In addition, it does not establish dependencies (does not inhibit the natural bowel instinct). It works well for me.

I have bought more expensive brands of Triphala and find this brand is just a good and at a great price. Organic and no nasty fillers. I take Triphala for digestion and regularity. Not sure if it is really help my digestion, but it sure does keep me regular without cramping.
