종합 유산균제

장이 좋지 않거나 변비가 있는 경우 하루 한알 정도로 장복하면 좋더군요. 또, 들리는 바로는 청소년기 성장에도 좋은 듯합니다. 뭐... 약처럼 먹자 마자 바로 효과가 있다고 생각하시면 오산인듯... 여러가지 유산균제를 먹어봤지만 이 제품처럼 종합 유산균이 없는 듯합니다.

나우푸즈 먹으려다가 이거 주문해봤는데 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 변비있어서 힘들었는데 잘 해결되었네요 ㅎㅎ

장기능이 개선되면 피부트러블이 좋아지지 않을까 해서 구입했는데 딱히 장이 개선된 느낌은 없구요(변비나 장네가스 차거나등)유산균이 임신율을 높인다고 하는데 그것도 아직 모르겠고.비피더스 14,000이 들어 있다지만 불가리스 이런 요구르트 먹는것보다 뚜렷한 효과는 3주째 복용중인데 전혀 모르겠어요.마이신같은 캡슐형태로 되있답니다.
