개봉전인데 살짝 후회중 싼맛에 구매했는데 냉장보관하는게 의외로 귀찮더라고요 전에는 가방에 가지고 다니면서 먹었는데 먹어보고 효과가 괜찮길 바랄뿐이에요

장기능이 개선되면 피부트러블이 좋아지지 않을까 해서 구입했는데 딱히 장이 개선된 느낌은 없구요(변비나 장네가스 차거나등)유산균이 임신율을 높인다고 하는데 그것도 아직 모르겠고.비피더스 14,000이 들어 있다지만 불가리스 이런 요구르트 먹는것보다 뚜렷한 효과는 3주째 복용중인데 전혀 모르겠어요.마이신같은 캡슐형태로 되있답니다.
