Have been using this for several years now and it's unfailingly good. Bone density scans are GREAT and this actually , in my experience, aids focus

I have lots of issues with taking most calcium supplements and cannot tolerate them without having digestive issues. This is the only calcium supplement I have found that doesn't bother me. It says to take 3 a day but I only take 2 and my calcium level is within the healthy range. I also cannot eat dairy so this is my primary source of calcium.
