No SOY!!! Good price and product

Purchased at iHerb

I purchased a bottle of Now COQH-CF about 2 months ago. I have taken Coq10 for about 3 years. This is the only product of this type I have found that does not contain soy. Cannot say what the exact benefit is. I do know this is an essential nutrient for the heart and brain.

Purchased at iHerb

I am adding supplements suggested for my health issues and, while I think the supplements are helping - it is too soon to tell. It is very hard to rate a supplement after only a week or 2 of use. My only complaint, if any, is the expense of taking several supplements a day but when you're desperate you find a way! I hope to be more precise in my re-order or when I start feeling better.

No ill effects

It does not cause me any stomach upset or other ill effects. I take it once daily with few other oil supplements.Seems to have improved my energy levels over the last couple months.
