If you love FREE samples, you can get one here: http://goo.gl/fa0nD . Purchased this supplement and Nature's Way, Kelp (Product: NWY-14508) for a friend after a blood test shows her TSH had increased from 3.23 mU/L to 4.73 mU/L. After just a few weeks of supplementation, she felt much better and had another blood test. This time her TSH was reduced to 2.89 mU/L. Do you sometimes feel tired for no reason just like my friend? Is your concentrating power and memory sliding or do you lack the energy you use to have? You could be suffering from the very common syndrome of an under-functioning thyroid gland. Thyroid dysfunction may be the most commonly missed diagnosis in modern times. Equally concerning is that if you have a thyroid disorder your doctor likely prescribed the synthetic drug called Synthroid. Some of the many reported side effects of Synthroid include: headaches, excessive sweating, diarrhea, hair loss, hives, weight gain/loss, mood swings, and heart palpitations. But you don’t have to go through all that. Eighty percent of malfunctioning thyroids are low thyroid hormone function, or hypothyroidism. Unfortunately thyroid disorders often go undetected because the symptoms can be attributed to a variety of other disorders. Some people also just attribute the less bothersome symptoms as a normal sign of aging and never get treatment. Or, they take the synthetic drug. The problem is that Synthroid contains only T4 and no T3. What’s worse is that a total of 100 million Synthroid tablets were recalled under 10 different recalls. Hormonal imbalances or malfunctions respond better to natural solutions. Try using two simple and natural thyroid boosters: (1). You probably already know that iodine is your thyroid’s number one nutrient. Edible marine plants, such as kelp (Product: NWY-14508), are high in iodine. (2). Almost as important is the amino acid L-tyrosine. Your thyroid uses tyrosine as the second primary nutrient, along with iodine, to make thyroid hormones.

Tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine and a bunch of others neurotransmitters and hormones. I've noticed that it really helps with my mood, making me calmer and more positive! Another great product containing L-Tyrosine is by Thorne Research ( http://bit.ly/12Og33O ). Check iherb special offers ( http://bit.ly/10HsXSk ). Don’t forget the freebies! Someone suggested that we try L-Tyrosine as a natural treatment for our daughter's ADHD. This amino acid has worked extremely well for us. We have had very few behavior problems since she has started taking this supplement.

This product was on a list of recommended products for thyroid patients in a book I read. I have found this product to be really helpful. In fact, I ran out of it and waited a while before ordering. I could tell a difference. My mind seems clearer when I'm taking this product. I'm not sure exactly what it does but it seems to help me.
