다이어트 시작하면서 배속이 부글거리고 설사증세가 있어 고민중이었는데, 엄마가 설사때문에 의사의 권유로 한국산 유산균 드시길래 검색하니 설사,변비,다이어트에 다 좋다고해서 먹었어요.근데 한달은 먹어야 효과가 있을줄 알았는데, 일주일만에 효과가 나타나네요.

효과 완전 짱이에요. 과민성대장증후군증세 있었는데 정말 좋아요. 이거 먹을 땐 X 모양도 황금색으로 정말 이쁘게 나와요. 아이허브에서 믈건 살 때 마다 항상 같이 구매해요

2통구입해서 먹었어요 유산균은 캡슐타입이 좋다고 해서 구입해서 먹었는데.. 큰 효과는 잘모르겠어요 원래 변비있는 타입은 아녔고 장 좋아지라고 산거였거든요~ 설사자주하고 장이 안좋은 엄마에게도 좋으라고 샀었는데 큰 효과는 있는거같지않고.. 아예 효과가 없는것은 또 아니고.. 그냥 그런듯해요 그래도 한번 더 사서 먹어보려구요

한통거의 다 먹었어요~ 전 비타민이랑 이것저것 약이 많아서 하루에 한개씩 먹고 있어요~! 아무튼 화장실은 아침마다 잘 가게되서 좋아요^^ 먹는거랑 안먹는건 차이가 나서 여행갈때도 챙겨가게 되네요ㅎㅎ
